VarniViews provides ERPNext implementation, Microsoft 365 deployment, Power Platform development and related IT consultancy services. All services are governed by a written proposal agreed between VarniViews and the client before work begins.
Every engagement starts with a fixed-price proposal specifying deliverables, timeline and cost. No work begins without written acceptance. Any changes to scope are agreed in writing before additional work is undertaken, and may affect the project price and timeline.
Payment terms are specified in each project proposal. Typically, a deposit is required before work commences, with the remainder due on milestone completion or project delivery. Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.
The client agrees to provide timely access to systems, data and key stakeholders as required for the project. Delays caused by the client may affect the project timeline and could incur additional costs.
On full payment, the client owns all custom configurations, workflows and reports produced for their project. VarniViews retains the right to use general methodologies and know-how in other engagements.
VarniViews' liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the total fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed during the engagement. This obligation survives project completion.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration in India.
